With over a decade of dynamic culinary experience, Em is an innovative pastry chef and consultant specializing in creating unforgettable dining experiences and elevating dessert programs for establishments of all sizes. As the current Consulting Pastry Chef at multiple locations, Em crafts bespoke pastry creations for elegant events and provides hands-on training for cooks.

Previously, Em served as Opening Culinary Director for James Beard Semi-Finalist Sam Fore’s Tuk Tuk Snack Shop & The Snackeasy, where they spearheaded recipe development, staff training, and operational systems for both fast-casual and upscale dining experiences. Their leadership extended to key roles at Hot Chocolate Chicago, The 502 Bar & Bistro, and Mesa Kid's Cooking School, showcasing expertise in menu development, catering, and culinary education.

A passionate advocate for innovation and professional growth, Em's career highlights include being selected as a mentee for the prestigious LEE Initiative Women Chefs of Kentucky Fellowship, collaborating with culinary legends, and executing a dinner at the James Beard House in New York City.

With an Associate Degree in Baking & Pastry Arts from Sullivan University, Em brings both technical mastery and creative flair to every project. Driven by a commitment to culinary excellence and mentorship, Em continues to inspire and develop pastry programs for restaurants, catering companies, and dining establishments seeking to elevate their offerings.
